About

I came to IT the long way: eight years working security across Las Vegas casinos, venues, and dayclubs — incident response, access control, and threat assessment, learned live in rooms of ten thousand people. That background taught me how to stay calm, document everything, and de-escalate; IT taught me where those instincts point next.

Since then I've earned my CompTIA A+ Core 1 (Core 2 exam scheduled), a NinjaOne Certified Technician credential, and hands-on MSP experience through an internship at Nevada IT Support — tickets, RMM, and exposure to managed detection workflows. I'm finishing an AAS in Information Technology and starting a BS in Cybersecurity this fall, with a long-term aim of SOC analysis.
